Portfolio Management Manage a diverse portfolio of real estate and infrastructure assets across various asset classes. Develop portfolio optimization strategies to maximize risk-adjusted returns. Evaluate asset hold, repositioning, redevelopment, refinancing, acquisition, and disposal opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities affecting portfolio performance. Support strategic portfolio planning and capital allocation decisions. Commercial & Revenue Optimization Lead initiatives to enhance revenue generation and asset utilization. Oversee leasing performance, tenant mix strategies, occupancy optimization, and rental growth initiatives. Assess commercial opportunities including new revenue streams, partnerships, sponsorships, and ancillary income. Work closely with leasing, sales, hospitality, and operations teams to maximize asset performance. Business Planning & Investment Analysis Prepare detailed financial models and investment analyses. Conduct feasibility assessments for capital improvements, redevelopment projects, and strategic initiatives. Evaluate investment returns using NPV, IRR, ROI, payback, and other financial metrics. Support acquisition, divestment, and restructuring decisions through comprehensive financial and commercial assessments. Capital Projects & Asset Enhancement Identify asset enhancement opportunities to improve value, customer experience, and operational performance. Oversee capital expenditure planning and prioritization. Monitor implementation of approved enhancement projects and track return on investment. Coordinate with development and project management teams to ensure alignment with asset strategies Operations Oversight Collaborate with property management, facilities management, hospitality operators, and service providers. Monitor service standards, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and asset condition. Ensure assets are maintained to required quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Review operating contracts and service agreements to ensure value for money. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary owner representative for assigned assets. Manage relationships with operators, tenants, investors, consultants, government entities, and strategic partners. Present asset performance reports and recommendations to executive management and boards. Facilitate alignment between asset strategy, operations, finance, and development teams. Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, contractual obligations, and corporate governance requirements. Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and market risks. Maintain robust reporting, controls, and performance monitoring frameworks. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Branch in terms of ensuring that all transactions processed at the Branch are authentic, accurate and in accordance with the operational policies and procedures. <h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>We are looking for a finance professional to support dealership operations across sales and aftersales. The role will partner closely with branch management to provide decision support for budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and KPI achievement, while ensuring strong compliance with company policies and procedures. Key areas of focus include cash control, sales accounting, credit approvals, stock controls, audit follow-up and continuous improvement of day-to-day internal controls.</p>
