<p><h4>Role summary</h4> <p>Working unsupervised, installing the ESP, monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.</p> <h4>Essential responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Under general supervision performs installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells.</li> <li>May be required to work unsupervised.</li> <li>Assists with monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.</li> <li>The position involves frequent travel on domestic assignments and time away from home, often at short notice. Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, VFDs, sensors and encoders . Work with Siemens PLC, WEG VFD, Profibus, Profinet &amp; Modbus . Maintain Fire &amp; Gas systems and CO, SO &amp; H detectors . Read P&amp;IDs, wiring diagrams and instrument datasheets . Maintain maintenance/calibration records and follow HSE &amp; PTW procedures .</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma in Instrumentation/E&amp;I: 57 years experience OR ITI Electrician: 7 9 years E&amp;I experience. <p>Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment. Repair, overhaul, install, and dismantle mechanical equipment as required. Maintain pumps, compressors, cooling-water systems, conveyors, HBI machines, and hydraulic systems. Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning activities. Follow HSE, PTW, and LOTO procedures at all times.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 10 years of experience, or ITI/Fitter with 8 12 years. Experience in gas-based DRI plants is preferred. Good knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance, alignment, pumps, compressors, and hydraulics. Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot equipment failures.</p>

<p>Experience in preventive Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting of PLC &amp; RIO, AC &amp; DC Drives and motors, Transformers, EOT Cranes, MCC, PCC, UPS, . Knowledge of field instruments/ electrical wiring SLD &amp; Panel Board.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>ITI / 12th/ 10th - Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation 5 to 10 Years Exp must have strong ERW Tube Mill electrical maintenance experience.</p>
