<p>Prévisionniste & BI sur les Moteurs à Forte Puissance F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur & Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Rejoignez une équipe à taille humaine au cœur de produits à très forte valeur ajoutée !<br>Au sein de la Division après-vente de Safran Aircraft Engines, la Direction Prévisions et Ventes Rechanges a en charge le suivi et l'analyse des ventes de pièces détachées ainsi que la prévision du chiffre d'affaires auprès des compagnies aériennes et des ateliers de maintenance du monde entier. <br>Nous établissons et assurons les prévisions des révisions mondiales de moteurs équipant les flottes long-courriers (Boeing 777, Airbus A380, Boeing 747 notamment), la définition des besoins de pièces associées, le chiffre d'affaires généré par ces ventes de pièces détachées. Nous participons activement à l'accompagnement technique, logistique, financier qui en découle.<br>Dans notre équipe dynamique de 6 personnes, vous jouerez un rôle clé auprès de nos experts dans l'optimisation des méthodes de prévision, le développement d'outils data et l'amélioration continue de nos process. Vous contribuerez activement à l'automatisation et à l'industrialisation de nos analyses, tout en prenant part aux travaux sur la définition des besoins en pièces sur un des types moteurs. <br>VOS MISSIONS :<br>• Automatiser en partie l'analyse de données et le reporting au travers du logiciel de datascience référent, pour faire gagner l'équipe en efficacité et précision.<br>• Concevoir et industrialiser des indicateurs innovants pour mieux comprendre notre marché, anticiper les besoins des clients et capter les évolutions sectorielles.<br>• Présenter et restituer vos analyses en interne et auprès des équipes, lors de réunions programmes et avec la supply chain.<br>• Proposer de nouvelles méthodes, modélisations ou approches d'étude pour améliorer la prévisibilité du comportement client et accompagner la transformation digitale de notre métier.<br>• Alterner avec un collègue la responsabilité sur la prévision de pièces d'un des types moteur, ce qui vous permettra de développer une vision détaillée à la fois technique et opérationnelle.<br>• Être moteur dans le suivi et la critique des prévisions, leur déclinaison vers les équipes supply chain et la préparation d'actions.<br>Ces missions vous offriront des sujets variés et complémentaires qui vous permettront de construire ensuite votre parcours pour évoluer dans la société. <br>INTERFACES / COLLABORATIONS :<br>o Travail en collaboration avec les équipes des différentes Directions de Safran (Programmes, services relations clients, après-vente, Marketing, data…), via des réunions thématiques.<br>o Travail avec GE (General Electric) qui co fabrique les moteurs avec SAFRAN. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate and maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor and report credit exposure, escalate deficiencies and recommend delinquent strategies in alignment with overall credit policies.<br><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><br><br><ul><li>Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities</li><li>Prepare Credit Approvals (CAs) , track CA progress during approval process, and ensure approvals are received in compliance with policy/recorded in database accurately</li><li>Maintain accurate insurance records and controls to ensure timely follow-up and renewals of required insurance for equipment and equipment liability</li><li>Monitor end-of-day exposure versus limits while escalating detected exceptions per policy and obtaining facilities to address recurring exceptions</li><li>Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors as well as contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings</li><li>Interpret data, make recommendations, identify policy gaps, and assist in formulating policies</li><li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</li></ul><p><b><u>Qualifications:</u></b></p><br><br><br><ul><li>0-2 years of relevant experience</li><li>Experience in similar position or area</li><li>Working knowledge of industry practices and standards</li><li>Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain</li></ul><p><b><u>Education:</u></b></p><br><br><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience</li></ul><p>This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p> Lead the consolidation of all product information into the database used for Aspen Petroleum Scheduling (APS) for: </p>
<p>o For detailed scheduling of RPI Assets operations on a day-to-day or hour-to-hour basis. </p>
<p>o For Real-Time Adjustments to the production schedule based on factors such as equipment availability, unexpected disruptions, and changes in market conditions.</p>
<p>o For the Integration with Execution by tying the execution of the production plan to ensure that the scheduling aligns with the actual capabilities and constraints of the refinery units.</p>
<p>o For Interfacing with Operations to ensure that the detailed scheduling is communicated effectively to the operators on the ground. This involves coordinating the timing of unit startups, shutdowns, and maintenance activities.</p>
<p>o For Performance Monitoring of the scheduling system, identifies any deviations from the plan, and implements corrective actions to optimize the refinery's day-to-day operations.</p>
<p> Lead the development of new models to include new added assets to the existing model.</p>
<p> Lead the execution of the commercial Model Owner APS by building, developing, maintaining, and upgrading the model ensuring the collected data is accurate. </p>
<p> Participate in monthly performance control meetings with production planning & team.</p>
<p> Plan and coordinate test run at multiple process units and collect, validate, and analyze the data.</p>
