Please see details below.</p> <h4>Start date</h4> <p>4th quarter of 2026</p> <h4>Location</h4> <p>Sohar, Oman</p> <h4>Working schedule</h4> <p>5 days per week / 10 hours per day or as per project requirements.</p> <h4>Key responsibilities</h4> <p><strong>Pre commissioning & commissioning activities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise HVAC pre commissioning and commissioning activities at site level</li> <li>Execute approved HVAC commissioning procedures and method statements</li> <li>Ensure HVAC systems are mechanically complete and ready for commissioning</li> <li>Support functional testing, start up, and performance testing of HVAC systems</li> <li>Identify, report, and assist in resolving commissioning issues and punch points</li> </ul> <p><strong>HVAC systems scope</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervision of commissioning activities for: <ul> <li>Air handling units (AHUs)</li> <li>Chilled water and DX systems</li> <li>Packaged and split HVAC units</li> <li>Ventilation, exhaust, and pressurization systems</li> <li>Ducting, dampers, louvers, and insulation</li> <li>HVAC controls and basic instrumentation</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure systems are commissioned in line with design intent and operational requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Site supervision & coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and commissioning crews</li> <li>Coordinate daily activities with construction, electrical, and instrumentation teams</li> <li>Interface with commissioning engineers and vendors during testing activities</li> <li>Participate in system walkdowns, punch listing, and punch clearance</li> <li>Support handover activities and system acceptance</li> </ul> <p><strong>HSE & quality compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project HSE requirements</li> <li>Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices are followed</li> <li>Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses</li> <li>Ensure quality documentation is completed accurately and on time</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting & documentation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain daily commissioning activity records</li> <li>Support preparation and completion of test sheets and commissioning dossiers</li> <li>Provide progress updates to commissioning engineers and supervisors</li> </ul> <h4>Requirements</h4> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical qualification</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 7–12 years of experience in HVAC installation, pre commissioning, and commissioning</li> <li>Previous experience on oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, or large industrial projects</li> <li>Site based commissioning experience within EPC project environments</li> <li>Middle East project experience is preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong hands on knowledge of HVAC systems and commissioning practices</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, datasheets, and procedures</li> <li>Familiarity with international standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA</li> <li>Practical troubleshooting skills during system start up and testing</li> </ul></p><p></p>
