Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and data manipulation. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data integration and data governance. Familiarity with HR data systems (HRIS,) and the ability to optimize data flows.</li><li><strong>Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:</strong> Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret complex data sets, creating insights that drive HR and business outcomes.</li><li><strong>Communication &amp; Influence:</strong> Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Strong project management skills with experience leading data-related projects from conception to implementation.</li><li><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> Experience in an organization undergoing a data transformation or building analytics capabilities from a foundational level.
