<p>MAINTENANCE PLANNING & SCHEDULING</p>
<p>Develop and implement maintenance planning and scheduling processes.</p>
<p>Ensure all preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities are properly planned and scheduled.</p>
<p>Review work requests and convert approved work into executable job plans.</p>
<p>Develop detailed work packs including labor requirements, materials, tools, permits, and procedures.</p>

<li>Spare Parts Management: Manage and control all offshore spares and make sure minimum spares are available with no interruption to operations.</li>

<li>Operation Support: responsible for supporting the marine operations whenever needed, that s include the following:</li>

<li>Port Regulations & Information</li>
<li>Reports to the loading master / marine operations any deviations encountered during his watch.</li>
<li>Maintain communication and follow up with marine operations and shore CCR on the progress of each tanker mission and be stand by for any maintenance requirement.</li>
<li>Support The loading master s in writing the Sequence of Events and records for every mission, as needed.</li>
</ul>

<li>Support the Maintenance requirements for Duqm Terminal Marine Loading Arms and Hoses whenever needed.</li>
<li>Support onshore Operations and Maintenance whenever needed.</li>
<li>Familiarization with QHSE Policies, Objectives, procedures and its record maintenance</li>
<li>Awareness of Significant environmental aspects, Health and safety hazards, related actual and potential aspects and risks associated with their risk.</li>
<li>Awareness of Emergency preparedness and response measures.</li>
<li>Awareness of implications of not conforming to the integrated management s system requirements, including not fulfilling the organization s compliance obligations</li>

<strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: </strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical / Maritime or similar </li>
<li>+2 years of relevant experience in a similar role in Oil and Gas Maintenance and Operations environment.</li>
<li>Experienced in offshore / marine maintenance, SPM is preferable.</li>
<li>Experience and understanding of ISGOT 6, OCIMF and relevant international marine standards.</li>
<li>Knowledge of refinery and Oil Terminal plant operations and oil movement, crud testing.</li>
<li>Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.</li>
</ul>
