<h4>Role overview</h4>
<p>We are seeking an experienced PCC System Lead to lead and coordinate system based precommissioning and commissioning activities on a large LNG facility. The role has full system ownership, providing leadership to system engineers and commissioning teams from mechanical completion through commissioning, startup support, and handover to operations.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on, site based leadership role, suited to senior commissioning professionals with strong EPC project experience.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Act as system lead for assigned process and/or utility systems during PCC phases</li>
<li>Lead system based planning, execution strategy, and sequencing in line with the commissioning philosophy</li>
<li>Define system and subsystem boundaries, turnover scope, and priorities</li>
<li>Supervise and coordinate PCC system engineers and field teams</li>
<li>Ensure mechanical completion readiness and controlled handover to precommissioning</li>
<li>Lead execution of precommissioning activities, including:
<ul>
<li>Flushing, blowing, drying, leak and pressure testing</li>
<li>Instrument loop checks and functional testing</li>
<li>Electrical testing and energisation readiness</li>
</ul>

<li>Lead commissioning execution, live system testing, and startup support</li>
<li>Manage punch lists, constraints, and system acceptance criteria</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, operations, HSE, and QA/QC</li>
<li>Review and approve commissioning procedures, test packs, and system dossiers</li>
<li>Report system progress, risks, and performance to the commissioning manager</li>
<li>Enforce strict compliance with HSE rules, PTW, SIMOPS, and risk assessments</li>

<h4>Mandatory requirements (strict)</h4>
<p><strong>Education</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process, or equivalent)</li>

<li>Minimum 10 years of oil & gas or LNG project experience</li>
<li>Proven leadership role during precommissioning and commissioning phases</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience as system lead / lead commissioning engineer / PCC lead</li>

<li>Extensive site based LNG or gas processing facility exposure</li>

<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving human resources issues. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. Inform human resources management of issues related to employee relations. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and human resources programs, policies, and guidelines. Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9's). Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys. Answer phone calls and record messages.</p>
<p>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. <p>1. Purpose of the Position This is a teaching and research focused position to manage and support delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Chemical Engineering. Applicants should demonstrate excellence in teaching and research. Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience and administrative experience. The successful candidate is expected to:</p><p>Teach Modules: Deliver modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in core Chemical Engineering areas including Process Design, Separation Processes, Reaction Engineering, Thermodynamics, Fluid and Heat Transfer, and Process Simulation.
