<p>Position: E&amp;I Shift In-Charge</p><p>We are looking for an experienced E&amp;I Shift In-Charge to manage the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems in a bulk material handling/port environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems.</li><li>Handle operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of 11kV/440V substations with SCADA control.</li><li>Troubleshoot Siemens S7 PLC/DCS, SCADA, VFDs and industrial drives.</li><li>Handle maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments, transmitters and flowmeters.</li><li>Handle F&amp;G, FACP and CACP systems.</li><li>Supervise maintenance teams during shutdowns, breakdowns and emergency maintenance.</li><li>Troubleshoot stackers, reclaimers, conveyors, wagon loaders, silos and ship loaders.</li><li>Maintain SAP work orders, maintenance records and calibration reports.</li><li>Coordinate with operations and control-room teams to ensure smooth equipment performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, risk assessments and safety standards.</li><li>Support maintenance planning, spare parts management and technical procurement.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>B.E./B.Tech in Electrical &amp; Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 7 10 years of relevant experience, OR Diploma in Electrical &amp; Electronics/Instrumentation with 10 13 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Experience in Electrical &amp; Instrumentation maintenance, automation and industrial/port environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, VFDs, substations and field instrumentation.</li><li>Knowledge of Profibus, Profinet and Modbus is preferred.</li><li>Experience with bulk material handling equipment such as stackers, reclaimers, conveyors and ship loaders is highly preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Industry:</strong> Ports, Bulk Material Handling, Mining, Cement, Steel, Power Plant or Heavy Industrial Maintenance.</p>
