projects management such as Ship Building, Ship Repair, Conversion and Industrial Projects or any other work assigned by Department Head/Team leader projects, including managing, budget control (Man powers/Manhours ) and following-up on the overall project status with different departments of ADC, owner and third-party companies in order to ensure the overall project is executed as per timelines departments to support their overall performance and controlling MH.</p><p>Review and interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure technical and practical execution of work.</p><p>Provides resolution for technical engineering problems across disciplines and coordinates application of solutions.</p><p>To prepare progress reports and conduct progress meetings with clients on a regular basis for all engineering, procurement, fabrication and commissioning activities related to the Project.</p><p>Responsible for overall planning and execution of the project, supervision, team management,schedule, quality and safety management, risk management and client management once the Project Job Order is issued throughout the project lifecycle, and delivery of project in accordance with the scope and schedules while satisfying the project s technical and quality requirements.</p><p>The jobholder will be the focal point for client, subcontractor and ODC management team.</p><p>To develop strategies and contingency plans of the Project.</p><p>To ensure that construction man powers are fully managed and informed about the progress of the Project and that all project instructions are adhered to.</p><p>To coordinate constructability input and interface with production department to ensure good communication.</p><p>Ensuring the work proceeds on schedule and develop action plans to maintain schedule or to catch up on any delayed work.</p><p>To organize, plan and manage the execution of commission activities in every phase of the project and secure adequate resources.</p><p>Coordination of the project commissioning plan and schedules closely Master Schedule</p><p>Prepare of Project Schedule, using Primavera P6 version or higher of planning or similar platform tools for Project Scheduling to be advantageous to the candidates. with all new build sequence according to the budget allocated, and submit it to the DH/TL to receive feedback in order to develop a comprehensive schedule for the various departments to commence their work within the budget allowed in the Job order.</p><p>To make plan, schedule and report progress for all Work required to meet the Contract Schedule, including all necessary interfacing with other parties.</p><p>To organize, plan and manage the execution of commission activities in every phases of the project and secure adequate resources</p><p>Docking-Undocking Managing</p><p>Manage the docking/undocking of Project in collaboration with the Client, Master of Vessel, Agents and Production Control department in order to ensure project development as per timelines.</p><p>Pre-arrival Meetings and KoM</p><p>Organize and lead the pre-arrival meetings with all respective Project In-Charge Engineers in order to technically explain and clarify the client s requirements and specifications.</p><p>Organize and lead the KOM (Kick-off Meeting) with all respective Project In-Charge Engineers and Client s representatives in order to technically explain, clarify and agree with all parties involved the requirements and specification for the purpose of the Project</p><p>Technical Advice and Troubleshooting</p><p>Provide technical advice to the Project in-charge Engineers, from issuance of job order to completion of the repair work to support them in achieving their jobs within the budget.</p><p>Provide technical advice and support to the internal departments giving feedback and recommendations on the work summary report, or project status, in order to ensure completion of the project activities on time and as per client/contract requirements.</p><p>Client Interaction</p><p>Review the expenditure and cost, budgets and MH utilization in the department in order to ensure the cost does not exceed the established budget for the department.</p><p>Resources Control and Allocation</p><p>Coordinate with the clients to get all queries / clarifications resolved before the start of job, or during the project, in order to ensure all requirements are clearly understood by various Production departments and reduce the amount of rework required at later stages.</p><p>Communicate the Client s responses, or specifications, to the respective departments in ODC in order to ensure clear communication protocols</p><p>To implement a comprehensive document management system in accordance with Client s requirement of the Project.</p><p>Progress Updates and Documentation</p><p>Ensure that all Project Manager activities findings and updates are reported to the Department format so that critical events and potential delays are timely and accurately communicated for prompt action, thus minimizing impact on overall schedules.</p><p>Ensure that any additions or cancellation of work as per the original agreed scope according to the standard format, technically correct and can be carried out.</p><p>Review, manage and ensure the development and issuance of relevant department documentation, progress, challenges and issues faced in order to ensure timely and accurate availability for any future reference and to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.</p><p>Collaboration</p><p>Collaborate with the Commercial division (Marketing, Estimation) on a regular basis as instructed by the DH/TL in order to achieve targets of the project and its timely completion.</p><p>Collaborate with all Production departments for complex works or in case there are conflicts between departments in order to ensure efficient operations of the project and continuation as per client/contract requirements and project timelines.</p><p>Coordinate on a regular basis with the Agent / Client / Master of the Vessel (or other projects) as instructed by the DH/TL in order to get an update on the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)(in case for repair) of the project and coordinate for such internally as well as externally for smooth arrival of Project.</p><p>On same manner should coordinate for project delivery.</p><p>In case for New Building to ensure that we received latest confirmed drawings, MTO ..etc. and all related <li>Monitor and report the cluster KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, highlighting deviation and record reasons for variance. Prepare an action plan to close the gaps, in close coordination with each site, to ensure timely corrective action with all concerned Cluster stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure Cluster business monthly MIS report is prepared, circulated to all stakeholders highlighting the achievements of KPI targets.</li>

<li>Ensure the corporate Maintenance Planning and Scheduling procedure, computerized maintenance management processes are effectively implemented to a prudent maintenance planning regime.</li>

<li>To ensure an effective Planned Maintenance Optimization program for each of the assets within the cluster, to ensure resources utilization based on Criticality and improve wrench time.</li>

<li>Ensure effective implementation of Project Mobilization and takeover procedure in the cluster business as applicable for new projects.</li>
<li>Ensure updated mobilization plans within the cluster with its regular follow up, reporting of major deviations from agreed plan and mitigation.</li>
<li>Work with Cluster management and new project site teams in the development of lifecycle maintenance planning (in accordance with OEM recommendation and EPRI PMBD).</li>
<li>Support respective cluster plant in preparation of master mobilization plan achieving O&M readiness before COD/PCOD.</li>
<li>Support business in the preparation of CMMS master data aligning with the standard including criticality ranking, SCD, SPOF identification as per corporate procedure.</li>
<li>Ensure Mobilization actions are compiled in a given time frame. </li>

<li>Monitor and report the Maintenance cost variances v/s budget to cluster management and add value in mitigation action plan to improve financial bottom line.</li>
<li>Review the maintenance cost Vs budget with the budget team and advise the mitigation to each site to improve the financial bottom line.</li>
