<ul><li><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>HVAC / VRF Technician</strong> to be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the hotel’s complete air-conditioning systems.</p><p>The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with <strong>VRF/VRV systems</strong> and should be capable of independently diagnosing electrical, electronic, refrigerant and mechanical faults.</p><p>This is not only a preventive-maintenance position. The technician must be able to identify the actual cause of HVAC failures, repair equipment where practical, replace defective components and return systems to normal operation with minimum downtime.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>VRF / VRV Systems</strong></p><ul><li><p>Operate, inspect, service and maintain hotel VRF/VRV systems.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot VRF outdoor units, indoor units and complete refrigerant networks.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose system error codes using manufacturer service manuals and diagnostic tools.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and <p>Apply the approved standards, procedures and schedules to ensure the reliability and integrity of the plant equipment and systems in the allocated area. Implement the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on relevant equipment and ensure all work history and data is entered into the CMMS system. Generate all testing protocols, certificates and other documentation in line with established standards and ensure that these are linked to the respective equipment within the CMMS. Ensure the application of approved standards, procedures and schedules for reliability and integrity of the Plant in line with company guidelines Place and remove spades and to open and close pipe flanges, recognize the gasket types, types of bolts and nuts. Carry out Flange tightening by Hydraulic Torquing and tensioning methods. Perform proper slinging and lifting with chain-blocks and small cranes. Remove and re-install rotating equipment like pumps, motors, mixers. Replace Mechanical seals in pumps and compressors. Obtain rotating equipment machine clearances and dimensional data. Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW holder. Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Specific Skills: English Language read, write and speaking to IELTS level Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of Trained and experienced in the alignment of rotating equipment with reverse dial gauge alignment, in addition to using laser alignment equipment. Degree / HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent.</p>

<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Site Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, management, and supervision of potable water pipeline construction activities. </p><p>The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to operate independently on-site, managing field resources, tracking daily progress, and overcoming construction challenges with minimal supervision. </p><p>This role requires seamless communication and reporting to the Project Manager to ensure project deliverables are achieved safely, on schedule, within scope, and in strict compliance with engineering specifications.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Site Management & Execution</p><ul><li>Supervise and drive the daily construction activities of potable water pipeline installations, including excavation, pipe laying, jointing, thrust block construction, backfilling, and compaction.</li><li>Manage onsite sub-contractors, laborers, plant machinery, and material resources individually to ensure efficient field workflows.</li><li>Conduct field inspections to verify that all work aligns with approved engineering drawings, method statements, and structural parameters.</li><li>Direct pressure testing, hydrotesting, flushing, and disinfection protocols for newly laid potable water pipelines before commissioning.</li></ul><p>Reporting & Project Coordination</p><ul><li>Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to track project timelines, resource allocations, and budget milestones.</li><li>Generate and submit precise daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, documenting work completed, delays, equipment utilization, and labor hours.</li><li>Act as the primary onsite point of contact, resolving field issues independently while escalating complex variations or delays to the Project Manager immediately.</li><li>Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and local authorities during routine site inspections and quality sign-offs.</li></ul><p>Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance</p><ul><li>Maintain strict quality control metrics over all incoming pipeline materials, ensuring proper handling and storage of pipes, valves, and fittings.</li><li>Implement and enforce all company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies onsite, targeting zero incidents.</li><li>Ensure accurate site surveying, alignment verification, and the preservation of levels as dictated by the design specifications.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements & Qualifications</strong></p><p>Experience & Education</p><ul><li><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong> 5+ years of verified site engineering experience dedicated to pipeline infrastructure works, specifically focused on potable water transmission and distribution networks.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related construction discipline.</li><li><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Deep familiarity with water pipeline materials (such as DI, HDPE, PVC, and Carbon Steel), jointing techniques, valve chambers, testing mechanisms, and standard utility standards.</li></ul><p>Key Competencies</p><ul><li><strong>Autonomy:</strong> Proven ability to manage a construction site individually, handle rapid decision-making under pressure, and drive productivity independently.</li><li><strong>Software Proficiency:</strong> Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for checking layout designs and MS Office (Excel, Word) for administrative reporting.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Strong interpersonal and report-writing skills to build working relationships across sub-contractors and project executives.</li></ul><p>Preferred Assets (Added Advantage)</p><ul><li><strong>Driving License:</strong> Possession of a valid, active driving license is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage for field mobility across site segments.</li></ul>

<p> Extensive international and Eastern Hemisphere (EH) drilling experience, preferably across the Middle East, North Africa and other international operating environments.</p>
<p> Proven experience managing multiple drilling rigs across different countries, clients, rig types, and operating environments.</p>
<p> Strong experience with 1,000 3,000 HP land drilling rigs and different rig configurations, including SCR, VFD/AC, Cyberchair, and Top Drive systems.</p>
<p> Experience with major international and national operators and both conventional and turnkey drilling projects.</p>
<p> Proven experience in deep, horizontal, extended-reach, exploration, and development drilling operations.</p>
