<p>A/C technician would be responsible for doing service and repair for all types of chilled water systems, DX air conditioning units, AMC jobs to achieve the assigned service target.</p>

<p>The position will transition to Offshore FOPS on completion of the project.</p>
<h4>Requirements</h4>
<h4>Minimum qualifications and experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>Education: Higher National Diploma or certificate (equivalent to A-levels + 2 years' study).</li>
<li>Industry experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas production operations.</li>
<li>COMPEX Certification is mandatory.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in offshore oil and gas production facilities.</li>
<li>Previous experience with national oil companies or large international operators is an advantage.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Technical, personal and linguistic competencies</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others.</li>
<li>Proven sense of operational responsibility and courage to intervene and challenge.</li>
<li>Previous experience with offshore operation, production, oil and gas, preferably former control room operators.</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible shifts and extended shifts as required.</li>
<li>Fluent in written and spoken English.</li>
<li>Computer literate.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Professional and HSE certifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Basic firefighting.</li>
<li>T-BOSIET, H2S training OPITO approved.</li>
<li>PTW training and JSA awareness.</li>
<li>Confined Space Entry and Rescue, Authorized Gas Tester.</li>
<li>Lifting and rigging training, manual handling training.</li>
<li>Radiation protection awareness.</li>
<li>Hazard and energy control Lockout and Tagout awareness.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Additional technical information</h4>
<h4>Multi Technician - Instruments</h4>
<ul>
<li>Thorough knowledge of instrumentation and measurement signal principles, safety systems (ESD / Fire and Gas), field calibration equipment and tools such as Hart Communicators.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of Ex philosophies and principles used in the petrochemical industry, with participation in and passing of CompEx course (Ex1-4).</li>
<li>Demonstrable evidence of attending and passing a qualification in Small Tube Boring.</li>
<li>Some production operator experience preferable.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Multi Technician - Electrical</h4>
<ul>
<li>Thorough knowledge of HV and LV equipment such as generators, motors, electrical systems and associated switchgear.</li>
<li>Good understanding of how to read electrical circuit diagrams.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of Ex philosophies and principles used in the petrochemical industry, with participation in and passing of CompEx course (Ex1-4).</li>
<li>Some production operator experience preferable.</li>
