MINING &amp; PROCESS PLANT</p> <p>Develop, implement, and maintain the Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene Management Program.</p> <p>Develop and implement the Company's Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene Strategy.</p> <p>Establish annual occupational health objectives, targets, and monitoring programs.</p> <p>Lead the occupational health component of the ISO 45001 Management System.</p> <p>Ensure occupational health risks are systematically identified, assessed, controlled, and reviewed across all operations.</p> <p>Review and update occupational health standards, procedures, and guidelines.</p> <p>Provide specialist technical advice to management on occupational health matters.</p> <p>Support the integration of occupational health risk management into operational planning and business decision-making processes.</p> <p>INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE MONITORING</p> <p> </p> <p>Develop and implement workplace exposure monitoring programs.</p> <p>Conduct or
