<p>The Production Delivery Supervisor oversees the daily operations of oil field production, ensuring that safety, efficiency, and output targets are met. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to both operational and HSE regulatory standards. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, supervising field personnel, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of products. Work closely with ETL Developers, Data Architects, and Business Analysts to resolve data discrepancies and performance bottlenecks.</li><li>Data Migration & Integration Testing: Verify complex transformations, aggregations, and business logic implementation across multiple data layers.</li></ul><p>Technical Skillset</p><ul><li>ETL Tools: Strong hands-on experience testing pipelines built with Informatica PowerCenter (understanding workflows, mappings, and transformations).</li><li>Databases & SQL: Expert-level knowledge of Teradata SQL (stored procedures, macros, joins, indexes, and analytical functions).</li><li>Big Data Ecosystem: Practical exposure to Hadoop environments (querying via Hive/Impala, navigating HDFS).</li><li>Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in Python for automated data validation and file processing.</li><li>Methodologies: Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas, SCD Type 1/Type 2, Fact and Dimension tables).</li></ul><p>Soft Skills & Tools</p><ul><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business requirements.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)</p><ul><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) for automated testing.</li><li>Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, or Azure) is a plus.</li><li>ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification.</li></ul>
