Working closely with project teams and local counterparts, the Officer ensures that deliverables are produced in a timely manner to support broader project objectives within established scope, schedule, and budget.</p><p>ENGAGEMENT • Work closely with the Chief of Party (ARISE Program Lead), Regional Director, the Program Implementation Unit (PIU), the Regional PIU Support Team, and Stakeholders to support technical design of infrastructures and engineering assessments, complying with established GGGI policies, and Omani Government standards, while ensuring timely action and response. • Keep abreast on civil engineering changes in policies and regulations, and undertake timely strategic review of GGGI's country program ensuring continued relevance. • Maintain close communication with the PIU Team, MENA Regional Support Team, and Omani Authorities to share project requirements, coordinate field activities, and facilitate smooth technical collaboration.
