<p>Role Description</p><p>We are looking for an experienced and results-driven <strong>Farm Manager</strong> to oversee the overall farm operations and ensure efficient and profitable crop production. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising farm activities across multiple crops while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational requirements are achieved.</p><p>The Farm Manager will oversee <strong>land preparation, planting, irrigation, crop nutrition, pest and disease management, harvesting, and post-harvest activities</strong>.
