<p>Business Relationship Manager - Direction des Opérations F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur & Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Le/la Business Relationship Manager - Direction des Opérations F/H à la Direction Applications et Solutions de la DSI de la société Safran Electronics & Defense.<br>Il/elle est le point de contact privilégié entre la Direction des Opérations (DO) et l'ensemble de la DSI et de la DDSI Safran pour l'atteinte des enjeux business de l'entreprise et notamment la Transformation Digitale des métiers de la Fabrication (Stream 4.0 Manuf).<br>Force de proposition, il/elle a la vision d'ensemble des activités de la DO, il/elle capture et aide à la formalisation des besoins (projets, évolutions majeures) IT/IS des métiers et leurs mises en perspective. Il/elle veille au bon traitement des besoins, réclamations, satisfactions et au respect des engagements. Il/elle gère le portefeuille de projets digitaux pour la DO en collaboration avec le stream leader 4.0. <br>En collaboration avec la DO, il/elle travaille à : <br>Accompagner les interlocuteurs métier dans leurs expressions de besoins et la définition du niveau d'exigences<br>Challenger les besoins et les solutions pressenties<br>Consolider la cohérence, la valeur et les priorités de leur roadmap métier SI, contributrice au business de l'entreprise.<br>Animer les instances de gouvernance avec la DO en y représentant la DSI SED et en y intégrant les interlocuteurs nécessaires<br>Accompagner la DO par des actions de conseil et de communication dans l'appréhension de la transformation digitale et des risques SI (urbanisation du SI industriel, mise en sécurité, réglementation, …)<br>Prendre en compte au fil de l'année des besoins ponctuels non identifiés lors de la préparation de l'exercice budgétaire et organiser l'arbitrage régulier du portefeuille des projets métier <br>Animer le réseau de référents métier et de points de contacts clefs de votre Direction Métier<br>Veiller à l'identification des référents applicatifs métiers pour les applications gérées par le métier<br>Prendre en compte les évolutions nécessaires du SI et l'anticipation de l'obsolescence des solutions dont le métier à la charge, en coopération avec les équipes DSI.<br>Organiser des revues régulières des niveaux de services attendus sur les solutions opérées et leur adéquation par rapport aux besoins des métiers<br>Contribuer à l'élaboration et participer aux revues de processus<br>Au sein de la DSI, Il/elle veille à <br>Analyser avec les architectes d'entreprise (urbanistes) et les experts les besoins métiers, et s'assurer de la cohérence des roadmaps métiers avec la stratégie SI de SED<br>Itérer avec la DO, le stream leader 4.0 et en interne DSI pour converger vers une roadmap équilibrée et réaliste<br>Construire le budget DSI et le PMT de la roadmap métier<br>Prendre en compte les évolutions nécessaires du SI et l'anticipation de l'obsolescence des solutions de son périmètre en coopération avec les équipes DSI en charge.<br>Piloter certains cadrages en coordination avec l'ensemble des équipes DSI SED et DDSI Safran<br>Contribuer à la réalisation de la 1ere version du devis projet</p><br><br><p>Contexte :<br>La Direction des Opérations de Safran Electronics & Defense, c'est 6000 collaborateurs qui industrialisent et fabriquent les produits dans les Centres des Opérationnels Industriels Métier (Electronique, Mécanique, Moteurs-capteurs) et Produits (Navigation et Systèmes de Défense, Actionnement, Cockpit et Vision, Optronique et Défense), sur des sites industriels répartis en France Métropolitaine, Maroc, Tunisie, Inde… .<br>Plusieurs processus soutiennent les activités de la direction des Opérations: Fabriquer, Manager la Supply Chain, Acheter, Maintenir en Condition Opérationnelle les Moyens (FAC 03)<br>Des déplacements occasionnels en France peuvent être à prévoir.<br>Le poste est basé à FOUGERES (35), et éligible au télétravail.</p><br><br><p>• Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure de type Bac + 5 dans le domaine du digital ou de l'industrie.<br>• Le sens du service est une valeur importante : vous faites preuve d'écoute, de pédagogie, d'analyse et de force de proposition : vous aimez faire avancer les sujets, anticiper les besoins et proposer des axes d'amélioration.<br>• Vous maîtrisez la communication écrite et orale en Français et en Anglais et savez rendre accessibles les sujets techniques.<br>Idéalement, vous :<br>• Avez une expérience significative dans la relation entre la DSI et les métiers, si possible dans un contexte industriel.<br>• Avez piloté ou accompagné des projets transverses et animé des instances de gouvernance.<br>• Disposez d'une bonne connaissance des processus industriels et maîtrisez les outils collaboratifs (MS Office, Teams, solutions ITSM...).<br>Au-delà de vos compétences, nous recherchons une personnalité passionnée par le service client dans les domaines techniques et dotée d'un excellent relationnel.</p><br><br><br> </div>
<p>Job Purpose: Control and advise all the technical and operational aspects of the vessel under OSMC s management. Provide necessary marine technical expertise in shipping matters to OSMC. Establish and maintain operational standards to enhance Safety, efficiency, tradability, and reliability of the vessel. Responsible for controlling and managing actual cost and budget for the vessels. Present requirement is for Very Large Crude Carriers, LR/MR Product and Chemical tankers, Very Large Bulk Carriers and Supramax Bulk Carriers.</p><p>Key Accountabilities</p><p>Supervision of Subordinates Support and supervise the vessels command in all aspects.</p><p>Instruction Manual Establish and maintain operations policies, procedures, and instruction manuals to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation including loading, discharging, gas free and docking etc. and supervise the provision of other services to the vessel.</p><p>Certificate & Legal Document Validation Supervise expire date of all statutory and class certificates and documents to ensure they are as per legislative requirements and in accordance with OSMC s policies. Insurance, finance, crewing quality certificates by relevant departments Familiar with relating contract, agreement including technical management of operations activities, IMO & Class rules and regulations.</p><p>Port Authority Coordination Liaises, as appropriate, with terminal operators at loading/unloading ports, customers, joint ship owners, service engineer and shipping agents store suppliers etc. Prepares repair and docking specification beforehand. Draw up estimate to obtain approval by the Fleet Manager as per requirement. Attend DD and co-ordinate with shipyard for safe and successful DD completion. Supervise, upkeep and maintenance as per scheduled in accordance with approved plan, making the necessary occasional visits.</p><p>System Audit Supervise ship maneuvering and mooring, etc. and ensure all established policies and processes are correctly implemented. Discusses and resolves in conjunction with Marine Manager and Fleet Manager, failure of machineries, unsatisfactory performance, etc. Administer in house ISM system, conduct audit of the vessel and in-house systems and conduct evaluation of the crew etc. in conjunction with ISM system.</p><p>Budgets and Plans Contribute to the preparation of the technical department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon. Control and manage actual and budget for maintenance, Ship Store, LO, Medicines etc..</p><p>Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of technical activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. Maintain a particular and clear PMS system ensuring the vessel is always meeting OSMC s standards. Ensure accurate and swift sign off and approval of all stores and requisitions, ensuring that no outstanding payments are impacting OSMC s relationship to its suppliers.</p><p>Continuous Improvement Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of technical systems, processes and practices considering international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.</p><p>MIS and Reports Prepare departmental MIS statements and reports timely and accurately to meet OSC and department requirements, policies and standards.</p><p>Safety, Quality & Environment Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality product/service and a responsible environmental attitude.</p><p>Operating Activities Ensure timely condition monitoring of machinery by maintenance system to facilitate smooth operation. Ensure maintenance of the validity of all certificates and documents as per OSC policies and guidelines. Follow and co-ordinate with vessel to maintain all defect reports.
