<p>Quality Control of flour and Feed by inspecting, sampling, and analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products and coordinate in product development.</p>
<p> <strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<p> Inspection and sampling of Wheat, Corn, Soyabean meal, Bran, Barley etc at seaport upon arrival of cargo ship as per inspection plan and procedures developed by QC team.</p>
<p> Monitoring the quality of raw material in silos and store during the storage period, including control of pest and any degradation in the quality and reporting it to the concern department for appropriate actions.</p>
<p> To develop and implement inspection plan, sampling plan and analysis plan for incoming raw materials, packing materials, in process and finished products.</p>
<p> Analyse the samples of raw materials, in process and finished products as per the testing plan and report daily basis.</p>
<p> To communicate and report on all conformances as well as non-conformances related to quality of raw material, packing material, in process and finished products.</p>
<p> Inspection of flour and feed mill premises as per inspection schedule daily, weekly and monthly or as and when required by the team/management.</p>
<p> Implementation of good manufacturing practices to ensure production of high quality and safe products by the plant.</p>
<p> To implement good laboratory practices to ensure safety and accuracy in the laboratory. </p>
<p> ISO 17025, 22000, 9001 and IMS implementation in coordination with QC Manager, and work as Technical Coordinator.</p>
<p> Raise and investigate NCRs, CCN in coordination with other team members.</p>
<p> Coordinate with lab calibration of lab equipments, methods validation and uncertainty measurement of tests as per Methods validation and uncertainty in coordination with QC Manager, as Technical Coordinator.</p>
<p> To keep inventories of all the chemicals, consumable and equipment s required for AFT labs in coordination with QC Manager and Lab Head.</p>

<h4>Experience and skills required</h4>
<p>Minimum of 15 years total experience in engineering or consultancy of oil and gas facilities, including a minimum of 10 years’ experience in TSE in onshore oil and gas facilities with demonstrated TSE deliverables development experience. PDO/Shell projects experience is preferred.</p>

<li>Development of HSE philosophy, fire & gas philosophy, F & G cause and effects, F & G layouts, F & G mapping</li>
<li>Physical effects modelling and quantitative risk assessment: experience with FEA/FGDEA, flare radiation and dispersion studies, safety equipment layouts, input to facility layouts/facility siting and layout studies, EPZ calculation, QRA. Experience/conducted studies using Shell FRED, SHEPHERD software and/or other PEM/risk integration software. Formal certification preferred.</li>
<li>Executed studies such as safety hazardous area classification, critical element identification, performance standards, bow ties</li>
<li>Experience with ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable), design HSE case, operations HSE case, AIPSM (Asset Integrity-Process Safety Management) & HEMP (Hazard and Effect Management Process)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with loss prevention aspects such as fire safety, fire protection design (FW demand, hydraulics, surge, PFDs/P & IDs, etc.), escape & fire fighting design</li>
<li>Human factors engineering studies experience (valve criticality, HFE screening, etc.)</li>

<li>Drafting the initial project plan and all parts thereof, i.e., risk management plan, communications plan, sourcing plan, vendor management plan, early schedule, quality plan, stakeholder matrix, project roles and responsibility matrix (RACI), organizational structure, and construction of the I&S cost model.</li>
