<p>Provide engineering and operational support for offshore production operations within OQEP's Musandam Cluster, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of offshore platform processes, equipment, and systems in accordance with operating procedures, production targets, and HSE standards. The position will act in accordance with the OQEP s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines, and international standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, QHSE & Energy Management System requirements standards, Omani s government & other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives.</p><p>Main tasks and responsibilities</p><p>Provide engineering and technical support for day-to-day offshore production operations, ensuring processes and equipment are operated safely, efficiently, and within design parameters. Monitor offshore production processes and systems, identifying deviations, operational risks, or performance issues and recommending corrective actions to the Team Lead Offshore Operations. Support the preparation, review, and implementation of operating procedures, work instructions, and operational philosophies for offshore production facilities. The role is responsible for energy performance and decarbonization delivery including energy reviews, optimization, business cases feasibility and measurable energy cost savings. The position serves as focal point for the Energy Management Team (EnMT) as cross function under technical services and acts as the EnMS Management Representative, driving continuous improvement in energy performance across OQEP assets while supporting the company s broader objectives in asset performance, operational efficiency, and decarbonization. <p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to FUELS Department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of FUELS assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF.
