Aircraft Painter F-16 position will report directly to the Program Manager and will be responsible for all surface preparation, treatment, and painting associated with the fleet of assigned aircraft at this location: Thumrait, Oman.</p>
<h4>Job description:</h4>
<p>Performs surface preparation, treatment, and painting of components, all aircraft surface areas, aircraft panels, support equipment, or other items as required.<br>
Demonstrated ability to precisely apply paint, lacquer, epoxy, resin, or other material using brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other devices.<br>
Masks and covers portions of surfaces not to be painted. Working knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniques.<br>
Must be knowledgeable of military publications and diagrams.<br>
Ability to precisely apply vinyl graphics to multiple aircraft surfaces.<br>
Application of FMS-2026 Form 2, Type 1 F-16 HAVE Glass surface refinishing.<br>
Reviews maintenance forms, aircraft records, automated maintenance data systems, and historical reports to ensure complete documentation.<br>
Knowledge of military and/or company forms required by work specifications is a plus.</p>
<h4>Minimum requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience as a paint technician to include painting, maintenance, and finish work.</li>
<li>Proven experience with FMS-2026 F-16 HAVE Glass paint application procedures.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of USAF military publications and Technical Orders.</li>
<li>Education requirement: High School diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Must be able to lead, train, and mentor other technicians in all aspects of the F-16 Aircraft Paint technician specialty.</li>
<li>Must be qualified in application of FMS-2026 Form 2, Type 1 F-16 HAVE Glass surface refinishing.</li>

<h4>Preferred qualifications:</h4>
