Scope RPI & Plastic Assets (SR/AP, MAF, Plastics & NGLE) Pressure transmitters These instruments measure the pressure of fluids or gases in pipes, tanks, and vessels. They are used to ensure that the process is operating within safe pressure limits. Temperature transmitters gauges, Thermowells, Thermocouples, Thermocouple Assemblies. These instruments measure the temperature of fluids or gases in various process equipment, such as heat exchangers, reactors, and distillation columns. They help to ensure that the process operates within the desired temperature range. Flow meters These instruments measure the flow rate of liquids and gases in pipes and vessels. They are used to monitor the amount of material being transferred between different process stages. Level transmitters These instruments measure the level of liquids and solids in tanks and vessels. They are used to ensure that tanks are not overfilled or emptied too quickly, which could result in safety hazards or process disruptions. Analyzers These instruments measure the chemical composition of process streams. They are used to monitor the quality of products and ensure that the process is operating within the required specifications Control valves / Instrument Manifold / Positioners. These are critical components that control the flow of fluids in process equipment. Safety relief valves These are critical components that protect equipment and personnel from overpressure conditions. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Troubleshooting Faulty Machinery Stay aware of anything unusual, troubleshoot faulty machinery and diagnose the root cause of the malfunction using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities. 2- Mechanical Preventive and Corrective maintenance Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the power and water plant. This includes inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling rotating and static equipment such as pumps, compressors, valves, fans, heat exchangers, gearboxes, and associated auxiliary systems. 3-Contractor Management Coordinate and supervise contractor personnel performing mechanical maintenance activities within the plant. <ul><li><p>Field demonstrations and hands-on customer visits to drive pipeline growth, actively identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities alongside cold outreach, phone calls, networking, and business directories.</p></li><li><p>Conduct product demonstrations at job sites and explain product features, applications and benefits to customers.</p></li><li><p>Generate leads and develop new customers for power tools and related products.</p></li><li><p>Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and manage sales activities, enquiries, quotations, emails, call logs and appointments.</p></li><li><p>Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.</p></li><li><p>Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable power tools and solutions.</p></li><li><p>Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order confirmation.</p></li><li><p>Manage key accounts and develop strong, long-term customer relationships.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, delivery, technical requirements and customer support.</p></li><li><p>Maintain awareness of competitor products, market trends and pricing.</p></li><li><p>Provide basic after-sales support and coordinate with the service team to address customer requirements.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Age 22- 30 years</p></li><li><p>Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Sales Executive in power tools or industrial equipment.</p></li><li><p>Diploma / ITI / Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or Electrical fields.</p></li><li><p>Experience handling power tool brands such as HiKOKI (Hitachi), Makita, Bosch or DeWalt will be highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Candidates with experience in trading companies in GCC or India are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong technical knowledge of professional and industrial power tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience in product demonstrations, technical comparisons and value selling.</p></li><li><p>Experience handling the complete sales cycle, including enquiry generation, quotation, negotiation, order closing and payment collection.</p></li><li><p>Good English communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel for customer visits and sales activities.</p></li><li><p>Good customer relationship and business development skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email communication and basic file management.</p></li></ul>

Make the most of our global reach to discover new challenges and chances to work with diverse, talented individuals who will help you expand your horizons.</p><p> </p><p>Project Engineer who will be responsible for managing quantity surveying for major and extension projects shall undertake the following actions based on the project contract documents, approved documents on material submittals & method statements: </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitor all the cost and contractual aspect and report to the Client</li><li>Provide the required technical support, assistance and advice on all aspects of quantity surveying activities covering measurement, certification and payments</li><li>Collect and check quantity measurements from the project site and Prepare the Quantity Survey Reports</li><li>Prepare of monthly Contractor’s Interim Payment Certificate and preparation of Final Account</li><li>Assist in the interpretation of the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents, and analysis of any claims which may be submitted by the contractor.</li><li>Review claims submitted by the contractor</li><li>Ensure that full documentation and records are maintained in the Client’s office facility to properly substantiate all Interim and Final Payments to the contractor to a standard acceptable to the Client.</li><li>Ensure materials utilised at project site confirming to approved make and prepare report in case on non-conformance</li><li>Co-ordination with project managers</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
