<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>STAGE - Ingénieur-e mécanicien-ne bureau d'études Support et Services CFM56 (F/H) F/H</p><br><br><p>Stage</p><br><br><p>6 mois</p><br><br><p>Etudiant</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Modélisation statiques et dynamiques sur une aube de turbine basse pression CFM56<br>Dans le cadre de l'amélioration de la compréhension des phénomènes physiques observés sur les moteurs en service, nous recherchons un ou une stagiaire pour contribuer à la modélisation statique et dynamique d'aubes de turbine basse pression CFM56.<br>L'objectif du stage est de développer une méthodologie innovante permettant de mettre en évidence les phénomènes physiques au niveau du rotor de turbine afin de mieux comprendre les constants vus en service.<br>Dans une première phase, il s'agira de mettre en place des modèles éléments finis tenant compte des modifications géométriques visibles en service :<br>Familiarisation avec les pratiques Safran Aircraft Engines et prise en main de la méthode éléments finis.<br>Validation d'une méthodologie de modélisation.<br>Calcul d'influence dans différentes configurations.<br>Ces travaux permettront d'améliorer la compréhension physique et scientifique du comportement des pièces en service, avec pour finalité d'apporter un support technique renforcé aux clients.</p><br><br><p>Vous souhaitez intégrer un grand Groupe aéronautique leader sur ses marchés avec de grands défis à relever ?<br>Vous trouverez ces défis au sein de la Direction des Bureaux d'études Support &amp; service Engineering de Safran Aircraft Engines. Le bureau d'études intégré à cette direction est impliqué sur trois grands axes :<br>Répondre aux demandes du client sur des questions techniques sur la maintenance de leurs moteurs<br>Permettre une plus grande autonomie et opérabilité des moteurs par le client en validant techniquement des critères d'inspection et des réparations de pièces inscrites au manuel de maintenance (ESM – Engine Shop Manual)<br>Mettre en place des études approfondies pour comprendre et améliorer le comportement des moteurs en service<br>Pour pouvoir réaliser ces trois axes, le bureau d'études est en lien avec de nombreux autres services et domaines de compétence :<br>- L'aérothermique &amp; aérodynamique<br>- Le service matériaux &amp; procédés<br>- Les représentants Safran Aircraft Engines auprès des compagnies aériennes<br>- Le Product Support Engineering <br>- Les ateliers de maintenance (shop)<br>- Le service de Data science pour récupérer les nombreuses données moteurs<br>Au sein de ce bureau d'études, vous aurez également une vision globale d'une turbine Basse Pression, des turbomachines et de leur fonctionnement.<br>Vous aurez l'occasion de travailler dans un cadre dynamique et épanouissant. </p><br><br><p>Bac +5 à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'étude, diplôme ingénieur-e ou universitaire<br>Connaissances en mécanique générale, calcul des structures, calcul résistance des matériaux<br>Bonnes connaissances des outils Microsoft et en particulier Excel ou bien du langage Python<br>Bonnes connaissances des logiciels en lien avec le calcul éléments finis et leur solveur : PATRAN (Samcef) et Workbench (Ansys)<br>Bon relationnel, savoir travailler en équipe, curieux-se </p><br><br><br> </div>
