Rattaché.e à un.e Chef.fe de Projet Merchandising vous participez à la réflexion sur les concepts merch et à leur développement conformément aux orientations stratégiques de votre Axe et de la Maison.</p><br><p>VOTRE IMPACT CHEZ CHANEL</p><br><p>Véritable coordinateur(trice) marketing, vous accompagnez le Chef de Projet sur le pilotage du 360 et le développement des assets merchandising (PLV, Visuel Merchandising, Transparencies, Event, Trade, Film POS…) pour chaque activation de campagne MUP dans le monde.</p><br><ul><li><p>Vous participez à la production de l'ensemble des documents nécessaires au développement et déploiement opérationnel des campagnes (briefs, création de références, books de guidelines de campagne…).</p><br></li><li><p>Vous êtes garant(e) du respect et de la cohérence de la stratégie business et de l’image, des délais, budgets, besoins régionaux, et enjeux RSE, jusqu’à l’implémentation marché.</p><br></li><li><p>Vous collaborez avec tous les acteurs projets campagne (Marketing Produit, Direction Artistique, Achats, Editions, Business Développement, Prévisions, Supply, Régions…).</p><br></li><li><p>Vous établissez les planogrammes (IWD), et les éléments nécessaires aux adaptations locales.</p><br></li></ul><p>Coordination &amp; Go to market :</p><br><ul><li><p>Vous assurez, en partenariat avec le chef de projet, la coordination et le go to market en lien avec les campagnes développées et le pôle merchandising.</p><br></li><li><p>Vous assurez une veille concurrentielle dynamique (best/worse practices) ainsi qu'une étude des besoins marchés.</p><br></li><li><p>Vous concevez les supports d'information merchandising et assurez leur communication interne.</p><br></li><li><p>Vous planifiez, coordonnez les instances de pilotage de projet (comité de suivi…) de l’organisation à la rédaction et envoi des comptes-rendus.</p><br></li><li><p>Vous organisez et préparez les présentations pour les instances stratégiques (plans marketing...).</p><br></li><li><p>Vous réalisez les études quali/quanti et les interrogation marchés nécessaires.</p><br></li><li><p>Interlocuteur privilégié des marchés, vous les accompagnez sur leur déploiement merch instore au travers de monthly call (organisation, rédaction, compte rendus…).</p><br></li></ul><p>CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ</p><br><ul><li><p>De formation supérieure type école de commerce, vous recherchez un stage de fin d’études et avez une première expérience (6 mois) en gestion de projet ou merchandising.</p><br></li><li><p>En interface de plusieurs métiers et dans un environnement complexe, vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) team player, communiquant(e) et êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles.</p><br></li><li><p>Expert(e) de la gestion de projet, vous avez un grand sens de l’organisation, de la rigueur, du détail et des priorités.</p><br></li><li><p>Vous maitrisez parfaitement français et anglais (oral et écrit).</p><br></li><li><p>La maîtrise du vocabulaire et des logiciels merchandising est un plus (IWD, Illustrator, SAP…).</p><br></li></ul><p>CE QUI VOUS ENTHOUSIASME ET CE QUE CHANEL PEUT VOUS OFFRIR</p><br><p>Tout au long de votre expérience, vous serez immergé(e) dans un environnement dynamique, innovant et apprenant&nbsp;; où la création et l’humain sont au cœur des préoccupations.</p><br><p>Vous rejoignez une activité singulière, aux méthodes et procédés uniques – qu’ils soient créatifs, de développement ou d’industrialisation – et évoluez aux côtés d’une diversité d’experts au savoir-faire reconnus.</p><br><p>Chez CHANEL, nous nous attachons à promouvoir une culture inclusive qui favorise l’épanouissement personnel et contribue au progrès collectif.
