<p><b>JOB PURPOSE:</b> The job holder will be responsible for overseeing a team of Field Services Technicians and ensuring that all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all service requests are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.</p>

<li>Ensure that all Field Services Technicians are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all service requests are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of service requests, including the nature of the problem, the action taken, and the resolution.</li>
<li>Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the Field Services team.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Field Services team.</li>
<li>Ensure that all Field Services Technicians comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security policies.</li>
<li>Manage and prioritize tasks for the field services team to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Monitor the performance and documentation of all tests mentioned in the Inspection Test Plan at site.</li>
<li>Filling FIR & NCR and problem solving at site including after sales inspections</li>
<li>Build a strong and close working relationship with clients.</li>
<li>Attend progress and coordination meetings to monitor all related project activities.</li>
<li>Review method statement for site installation.</li>
<li>Review theoretical training material i.e., presentation, animation, photos, and videos.</li>
<li>Giving theoretical and practical training.</li>
<li>Attending customer calls/emails for emergency work</li>
<li>Conduct, evaluate and witness all testing activities related to the installed pipes.</li>

Responsible for the overall program management of FUELS assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF.
