<p>Review EPC tenders, drawings, and scope of work. Prepare GO/NO-GO (Tender Synopsis) in coordination with the Proposal Manager. Identify tender opportunities and risks. <p>Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for electrical works in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Checklists, and Quality Control Procedures. Conduct inspections of electrical installation and construction activities. Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and applicable standards. Inspect electrical equipment, materials, cable installations, termination, earthing, testing, and commissioning activities. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives for inspections and approvals. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and project quality records. Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and deviations and coordinate corrective/preventive actions. Raise and close NCRs, observations, and punch points as required. Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of inspection and quality requirements.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / EEE . Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Electrical QA/QC. ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification is required. Strong knowledge of electrical installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning. Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and documentation. Experience with ITP, Method Statements, NCR, MIR, WIR, inspection checklists, and quality reports . Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and project specifications. Substation / Switchyard project experience will be an added advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams and clients.</p>
