<p>Responsable Contrôle de gestion Site F/H </p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur & Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Au sein de la direction financière de Safran Electronics & Defense, vous êtes rattaché-e à la direction finance Opérations & Engineering, au titre de Responsable de Contrôle de Gestion du site d'Eragny avec le management d'une équipe de 4 personnes.<br>Vos responsabilités clés incluent :<br>- Concevoir et piloter l'élaboration des budgets capacitaires et financiers du site, tout en assurant leurs mises à jour régulières.<br>- Développer, implanter et optimiser les outils de gestion pour une performance accrue.<br>- Garantir l'intégrité et la précision des comptes, en supervisant les clôtures comptables mensuelles.<br>- Concevoir des indicateurs de suivi pour analyser les coûts de fonctionnement et mesurer la productivité.<br>- Évaluer les investissements et fournir des analyses de retour sur investissement.<br>- Présenter mensuellement les résultats financiers à la direction de manière claire et impactante.<br>- Insuffler une dynamique financière positive au sein du site.<br>- Assurer l'animation et le développement d'une équipe performante et maintenir une motivation élevée parmi les membres.</p><br><br><p>Rejoignez-nous pour contribuer activement à la performance financière de notre site à Eragny.</p><br><br><p>Expérience dans le domaine du contrôle de gestion au sein d'une entreprise industrielle ou d'un grand groupe international (ou cabinet d'audit)<br>Maitrise des outils de consolidation et de reporting (ERP SAP, BPC, Excel et Power BI)<br>Qualités recherchées :<br>- Capacité à manager/animer<br>- Rigueur<br>- Autonomie<br>- Curiosité<br>- Autocontrôle et proactivité<br>- Bon relationnel avec les différents interlocuteurs internes<br>- Force de proposition/Esprit d'initiative<br>- Appétence pour le digital</p><br><br><br> </div>

You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and leading projects to ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies.
