The role holder supports the supply of industrial and engineering equipment to the Group’s clients and internal entities, ensuring that goods are sourced competitively, delivered on time, and supported by correct commercial and banking instruments. A key dimension of the role is the preparation and management of trade-finance instruments — in particular Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG) — in coordination with the Finance function and the Group’s banking partners. <p>The warehouse specialist assists the supply supervisor in the performance of routine warehousing duties. Assists in training of material storage and distribution/warehouse personnel. Receives, stores and issues supplies and equipment. Maintains warehouse locations, selects supplies and equipment for issues and shipments. Manages the shelf-life program. <p>Detailed Description </p>
<p>MINING & PROCESS PLANT HSE MANAGEMENT</p>
<p>Support implementation and continual improvement of the Company's HSE Management System.</p>
<p>Conduct HSE inspections and audits across open-pit mining operations, crushing plants, process plants, workshops, warehouses, laboratories, fuel storage facilities, and camps.</p>
<p>Monitor compliance with company HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems, and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p>Participate in Hazard Identification (HAZID), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Task Risk Assessments (TRA), and Critical Risk Management processes.</p>
<p>Monitor safe operation of mining equipment, haul roads, crushers, conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, mills, screening plants, and associated facilities.</p>
<p>Support implementation of critical controls for mobile equipment, working at height, confined space entry, lifting operations, energy isolation (LOTO), and blasting activities.</p>
<p>Conduct workplace exposure assessments related to dust, chemical exposure, noise, vibration, heat stress, and occupational health hazards.</p>
