The CFO ensures the Company's financial sustainability, effective capital stewardship, and value-for-money procurement throughout the project development, commissioning, and operational phases of a 2.5 Mtpa copper processing operation, supporting long-term shareholder value creation for Minerals Development Oman (MDO). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP 1. Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and execute the Company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business plan and Board-approved objectives. Provide strategic financial input to the CEO and leadership team on capital allocation, investment decisions, and long-range planning. Conduct financial due diligence on new projects and provide analysis to support executive and Board decision-making.
