<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>The sales operations manager – multi brand will be responsible for providing operational leadership and support to the automotive sales division of OMASCO in Oman. The role oversees day-to-day sales operations across all branches, covering new vehicles, used vehicles and motorbikes across multiple brands. This position plays a key role in driving sales performance, improving operational efficiency, achieving budget and KPI targets, strengthening customer experience, and ensuring compliance with business and group policies.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>

<li>Lead sales operations across all branches, ensuring performance meets or exceeds agreed budget, volume, revenue, gross margin and EBIT targets.</li>
<li>Review sales performance monthly through Connect, sales funnel data and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.</li>

<h4>Mandatory requirements (strict)</h4>
<h5>Education</h5>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation, control, electrical, or related engineering discipline</p>
<h5>Experience</h5>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas or LNG projects</li>
<li>Proven role as instrumentation lead during precommissioning and commissioning phases</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with:
<ul>
<li>Instrument loop checks</li>
<li>Control systems and safety systems commissioning</li>
<li>Large EPC project environments</li>
<li>Extensive site based LNG or gas processing facility experience</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Candidates without direct instrumentation commissioning leadership experience will not be considered</li>
</ul>
<h5>Technical expertise</h5>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of:
<ul>
<li>Instrumentation commissioning workflows and system handover</li>
<li>DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, and analyzer systems</li>
<li>Commissioning documentation, test packs, and system dossiers</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ability to interpret:
<ul>
<li>P&IDs and cause & effect charts</li>
<li>Instrument loop diagrams and hookups</li>
<li>Control system architecture drawings</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<h5>Leadership & professional skills</h5>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary instrumentation teams</li>
<li>Strong coordination and interface management skills</li>
<li>Practical, hands-on problem solver</li>
<li>Clear verbal and written communication in English</li>
<li>Comfortable working in high pressure, multicultural site environments</li>
</ul>
