<p>المسؤول عن مساعدة مدير الموارد البشرية في تقديم دعم فعال لإدارة الخط على صعيد الموارد البشرية والشؤون الإدارية بما يمكنهم من تحقيق الأهداف التجارية والمساعدة في مدير المالية/الموارد البشرية في الأعمال الروتينية اليومية للموارد البشرية والشؤون الإدارية لضمان سير قسم الموارد البشرية والإدارة بسلاسة.</p>

<p><strong>إدارة الرواتب وتحديث بيانات الموظفين</strong></p>
<p>إدخال المدفوعات المتكررة وغير المتكررة للموظفين من خلال نظام الرواتب حتى يتم توليد الرواتب في الوقت المناسب. صيانة فعالة وكفؤة لبيانات الموظفين لضمان سهولة وسرعة الاسترجاع لتزويد الإدارة بقاعدة معلومات قوية لاتخاذ قرارات مبنية على معلومات.</p>
<p><strong>التوثيق/ النقل/ الإنهاء</strong></p>
<p>تحديث جميع المستندات المتعلقة بالإجازات والقروض والسلف. الحفاظ على ملفات شخصية وغيرها من المستندات. التأكد من أن التحويلات وخطابات الإنهاء تتم وفقاً لقواعد الشركة وقوانين العمل لتجنب التأخير والتقصير.</p>
