Implement a structured pipeline-management process covering origination, qualification, engagement, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.

Establish appropriate investor-relationship management tools, records, documentation standards, and management dashboards.

Build, develop, coach, and mentor the investment team, progressively developing internal capability across fundraising, investor coverage, relationship management, product positioning, market sounding, negotiation, and closing.

Establish structured knowledge-transfer, and on-the-job development arrangements to ensure that the function develops sustainable institutional capability.

Develop appropriate talent-development plans for the function and identify high-potential staff who can progressively assume broader fundraising and investor-relations responsibilities.

Promote a strong fundraising and investor-oriented culture across the Investment Department and the wider organization by increasing awareness of institutional fundraising approaches, investor expectations, fundraising cycles, marketability considerations, and the importance of incorporating investor perspectives into product development.

Internal Coordination

Engage with the investment teams at an early stage of developing new funds, investment products, vehicles, and mandates to conduct preliminary market sounding and assess investor appetite, preferred structures, commercial terms, and positioning before the product is finalized.

Provide structured investor and market feedback to the investment teams and actively contribute to refining the investment concept, structure, target size, economics, terms, positioning, and fundraising strategy to improve marketability and probability of successful capital raising.

Act as the bridge between the investment teams and the investor market throughout the product-development process, ensuring that relevant investor feedback is incorporated while maintaining the integrity of TANMIA's investment objectives and commercial requirements.

Work closely with the investment teams to align fundraising priorities with fund strategies, transaction pipelines, commercial terms, and closing timelines.

Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to support investor onboarding, due diligence, documentation, and closing requirements.

Support executive management in strategic investor discussions and external stakeholder engagement.

Performance and Reporting

Deliver agreed annual and periodic capital-raising targets.
