We are for looking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee operations at our restaurant and central kitchen. This role involves managing kitchen staff, food costs, inventory, and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Kitchen Operations:
• Oversee daily kitchen activities and ensure timely service.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Staff Management:
• Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff.
• Schedule shifts and conduct performance reviews.
Inventory and Budget Management:
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Monitor food and labor costs to meet budget goals.
Quality Control:
• Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Menu Development:
• Collaborate on menu updates and introduce new dishes.
Qualifications:
- Atleast 3 years experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong culinary and management skills.
- Good organizational and communication abilities.
- English and Arabic language fluency required
