Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to drive partnerships, grow our customer base, and maximize revenue for our sea tourism experiences. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with hotels and travel agencies, and help expand our brand presence in the tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Partnerships:
- Identify and onboard travel agents, tour operators, hotels, and corporate clients.
- Manage relationships with existing partners and ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Visit potential clients to pitch services and secure bookings.
- Lead Generation & Revenue Growth:
- Generate and follow up on new leads from various channels (phone, email, social media, B2B networks).
- Achieve monthly sales targets for private tours, group tours, and daily trips.
- Marketing Support:
- Coordinate with the content and operations team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Attend expos, tourism events, and hotel meetups to represent the brand.
- Market Research:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest new offerings, pricing strategies, and client incentives based on market feedback.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales performance.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or tourism-related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Familiarity with Oman’s tourism market is a plus.
