Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Multimedia Content Creator to capture the essence of our premium sea tours and marine adventures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for photographing and filming our trips, editing engaging videos, and creating captivating visual content for marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography & Videography:
  • Capture high-quality photos and cinematic videos of boat trips, snorkeling tours, dolphin watching, and sunset cruises.
  • Use drones (where applicable) to capture aerial footage.
  • Ensure all footage highlights customer experiences, scenic views, and brand image.
• Video Editing & Post-Production:
  • Edit raw footage into professional videos suitable for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other patforms.
  • Add branding elements, subtitles, music, and transitions to match the brand tone.
  • Produce short reels, teasers, and full-length promotional videos.
• Graphic Design & Visuals:
  • Design digital promotional materials, tour posters, thumbnails, and banner images.
  • Maintain a consistent aesthetic and visual identity across platforms.
• Content Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign needs and content calendars.
  • Stay updated on current trends in travel videography and social media content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing (portfolio required).
• Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
• Experience shooting in outdoor and marine environments is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and trends (especially Instagram Reels and TikTok).
• Ability to manage equipment and shoot in challenging outdoor/light conditions.

• Creative eye with attention to detail and storytelling.
• Self-driven, punctual, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on boats and at sea.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
