Job Summary<br><br>As a Chef de Partie – Bakery/Pastry, you will support the Pastry Chef in the daily operation of the bakery and pastry section, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality bakery products that meet company standards and exceed guest expectations. Update, maintain and develop accounting policies, manuals and Standard operating procedures pertaining to Revenue accounting function, aligned with International Financial Reporting Standards. Develop and maintain Service level agreements pertaining to Revenue accounting function, with the aim to providing quality service with adequate controls, to stakeholders. Assess and monitor risks pertaining to Revenue Accounting section and ensure effective mitigation measures. Collaborate with cross functional teams providing appropriate Revenue accounting solutions for complex transactions or for new products and services introduced. Establish and ensure effective and consistent Business planning and Budgeting processes for Revenue and Cost streams across business units and identify, develop and implement improvements in these processes. Preparation and verification of the Revenue, Cost of Sales and Gross Profit Business Plans and Budgets across all Business Units. Assist in the preparation of feasibility and project appraisals reports. Ensure compliance of statutory requirements by providing all necessary details and documents in a timely manner for interim and annual financial audits, tax audits, ICV and other requirements. Verify Inventory provisioning requirements, ensure as per company policy and in adherence to International Financial reporting standards. Monitor and guide Business Unit for additional impairment of Inventory, to reflect fair value in the books. Plan and coordinate for conducting yearend annual physical count of 100% Inventory across all Business Units. Accurate and timely payments to Principals based on the Business Unit request. Ensure proper reconciliation of the payment. Foster teamwork, mentor and develop direct reportees as future leaders. Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA Minimum 8+ years of experience
