Parlons de votre future mission Dans un contexte de forte croissance de nos activités, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Ingénieur(e) Système Mécatronique au sein de l'Unité d'Ingénierie Produit Guidage (UIPG). Vous rejoignez une équipe en charge du développement d'un nouveau système de défense et intervenez comme référent technique d'un équipement à dominante mécanique/mécatronique. À ce titre, vous assurez le pilotage technique du produit depuis l'analyse du besoin jusqu'à sa validation. The Electronic Technician (Cementing or Frac Equipment) is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Electronic Technician improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity. Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work. Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain. Comply with TLM Product Line standards. Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD). Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and return authorization numbers, failures and work-in-process. Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians. Implement CoSD projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts. Participate in failure investigations as assigned. Comply with the TLM Competency Management System. Travel to field locations, including rigs and rigless sites, to provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services when required.Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic equipment used in Cementing and Fracturing (Frac) operations .</li><li>Strong knowledge of electronic systems, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance for oilfield service equipment.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and equipment documentation.</li><li>Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a field-based operational environment.</li><li>Experience with oilfield service companies and well intervention equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with HSE standards and industry best practices.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>
