We connect qualified candidates with client requirements across various industries.</p><h4>Job Overview</h4><p>We are looking for a motivated candidate from Egypt with prior experience in manpower agencies or recruitment firms.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening CVs, matching candidates to client requirements, and ensuring only qualified profiles are forwarded. You will also handle data entry tasks within our internal system.</p><p>This role requires someone who can work under pressure, communicate effectively in English, and learn quickly.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Review and screen CVs based on client job requirements.</li><li>Match suitable candidates to job orders accurately.</li><li>Ensure quality control of all submitted CVs.</li><li>Enter candidate data into internal systems.</li><li>Maintain organized records of applicants.</li><li>Coordinate internally with the team when needed.</li><li>Work efficiently under tight deadlines and high workload.</li></ul><h4>Work Arrangement</h4><ul><li>Remote (Work from Home).</li><li>Must be available to work in the Oman time zone: <strong>8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Oman Time).</strong></li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Must be based in Egypt.</li><li>Previous experience in a manpower agency or recruitment company is required.</li><li>Strong computer and data entry skills.</li><li>Good English communication skills (written and spoken).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Fast learner with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Professional behavior and good communication skills.</li><li>Having a strong network is a plus.</li></ul><h4>Preferred Candidate</h4><ul><li><strong>Years of Experience:</strong> 3 – 5 years</li><li><strong>Nationality:</strong> Egypt</li><li><strong>Gender:</strong> Female</li><li><strong>Age:</strong> 20 – 40 years</li><li><strong>Career Level:</strong> Entry Level</li></ul>
