Cette ligne de services a notamment pour objectif d’améliorer l’expérience utilisateur support, de faciliter l’adhésion aux technologies déployées et d’assurer une cohérence des différentes données des outils.</p><br><p>En coordination avec les collaborateurs de cette service Line vous participerez à différentes missions permettant d'améliorer la qualité du support IT :</p><br><ul><li><p>Remise à niveau des référentiels (Active Directory ..)</p><br></li><li><p>Mise en place de process contrôlant la qualité de nos référentiels</p><br></li><li><p>Implémentation de nouveaux process support ou évolutions (projets, project report, …)</p><br></li><li><p>Mise en œuvre de reporting de suivi de la qualité de l'activité&nbsp;(PowerBI , Service Now, Excel)</p><br></li><li><p>Coordination de projets (ex&nbsp;: campagne de renouvellement de poste informatique, …)</p><br></li><li><p>Participation aux instances en lien avec les process</p><br></li></ul><p>Cette mission nécessite une interaction avec de nombreux acteurs :</p><br><ul><li><p>Au sein du service (MAC, PC, Smartphones, Applications bureautiques, imprimantes ..)&nbsp;</p><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Avec les services connexes (Digital Workplace Service - divisions IT …)</p><br></li></ul><p>Cette mission permet d'appréhender le mode de fonctionnement d'un support en mode services managés avec un infogérant.</p><br><p><b><u>CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ&nbsp;:</u></b></p><br><ul><li><p>De formation&nbsp;supérieure bac +3/4/5, vous souhaitez approfondir vos compétences en gestion de projet dans le cadre d’une activité de support informatique.</p><br></li><li><p>Appétence aux outils de la suite POWER PLATFORM de Microsoft (POWER BI, POWER APPS, POWER AUTOMATE, …)</p><br></li><li><p>Vous êtes très rigoureux, efficace, et avez un grand sens du service.&nbsp;</p><br></li><li><p>Votre sens de l'organisation, votre adaptabilité votre capacité à communiquer autant que le savoir-être, la discrétion et votre état d'esprit collaboratif seront des qualités indispensables pour réussir dans cette mission.</p><br></li></ul><p><i>Chez CHANEL, nous nous attachons à créer une culture inclusive qui favorise l'épanouissement et le développement personnel tout en contribuant à la performance collective.
