<ul><li>Provide day-to-day operational support for the NGFW environment, including health checks and monitoring</li><li>Troubleshoot firewall and network security issues; investigate and resolve connectivity, security, and performance problems</li><li>Manage and implement firewall policy/rule changes per approved change management processes</li><li>Support NGFW lifecycle planning — upgrades, refreshes, capacity and performance reviews</li><li>Coordinate with the NGFW OEM/vendor on technical support cases and escalations</li><li>Work closely with the client's IT, network, cybersecurity, and operations teams</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, incident records, and status reporting</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in oil & gas, utilities, or other critical infrastructure environments</li><li>Familiarity with IT/OT network segmentation</li><li>Relevant vendor certification (e.g., PCNSE, NSE4/NSE7, CCSA/CCSE — per confirmed platform)</li><li>Prior experience on an NOC (National Oil Company) or similar major operator contract</li><li>Arabic language skills</li><li>Willingness to commit to a long-term (5-year), single-site onsite assignment</li><li>Based in Oman or able to relocate with reasonable notice</li><li>Able to pass client site access/security clearance requirements</li><li>Completion of HSE induction as required by site</li></ul>
