Senior Sales Consultant

Promote sale in order to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction with the ability to build, generate and execute sales process from start to finish


  • Receive customers, identify needs of customers, and provide information on the requested accessory, sell and close the deal.
  • Secure sales by reaching out to customers through calls, correspondence, and face-to-face meetings
  • Promote the product, advice customers on different types of available facilities.
  • Cross sell optional features to customers in terms of gym, restaurants and more.
  • Maintain prospective customer’s database and develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales contacts.
  • Perform research and analysis to identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, generate leads, and negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare sales presentations to share with customers.
  • Attend and resolve customer complaints on priority basis.
  • Prepare weekly status report and others, as and when required.
  • Have working knowledge of the Oman market and a strong network of leads
  • Assist in obtaining information on competitive properties, area and customer demographics.


Experience

6-7years working experience in similar Sales role with real estate experience

Excellent negotiation and communication skills able to engage

Must be in Oman at this time.

Proven record of sales specially sale of land

Candidates to demonstrate a strong network of contacts specially in Oman with the local and regional businesses
