Role Purpose
Support the refinery’s digital-transformation agenda, technology projects, and structured project coordination—while building foundational skills in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Map and analyze current business processes; identify and document automation opportunities.

Assist senior engineers in building, testing, and deploying RPA bots (UiPath / Power Automate)

Collect, cleanse, and organize data for dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analytical requests.

Research emerging technologies (AI, IoT, digital twins) and summarize findings for stakeholders.

Help facilitate ideation workshops, hackathons, and proof-of-concept sprints.

Draft user guides, quick-start videos, and internal communications to drive adoption of digital tools.

Maintain central repositories for bot documentation, process maps, and innovation artifacts.

Provide project-management support: update schedules, monitor budgets, track risks/issues, prepare concise status reports, and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
