Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Leader - Guest Services who is fluent in Italian to lead a team in providing exceptional service to our Italian-speaking guests.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise a team of guest service representatives and ensure they provide outstanding customer service to Italian guests.
2. Handle escalated guest issues and provide solutions efficiently.
3. Train new team members on company policies and service standards.
4. Monitor team performance and implement improvements as needed.
5. Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to guest services.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Fluency in Italian is essential.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, with leadership experience preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
