Key Responsibilities
· Lead ideation and creation of compelling social media content (posts, stories, videos, graphics, etc.) in Arabic for all major platforms
· Develop a cohesive creative vision and direction for the agency's Arabic content and marketing campaigns
· Write high-quality content in Arabic such as blog posts, articles, website copy, email newsletters, marketing materials, etc.
· Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and digital marketers to produce innovative multi-media content
· Research audience preferences, cultural nuances, trends, and platforms to shape effective content strategies
· Ensure all Arabic content aligns with brand voice, adheres to messaging guidelines, and resonates culturally
· Optimize content through SEO best practices, A/B testing, and performance data analysis
· Manage an Arabic content calendar across multiple channels and campaigns
· Stay up-to-date on emerging social media features, content formats, and creative best practices
· Provide guidance to junior content creators and writers as a creative leader
Skills
Qualifications
· Native Arabic speaker with exceptional writing, communication, and creativity
· Proficient in written and spoken English
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, copywriting or related creative field
· Proven track record in leading successful, innovative content and digital marketing campaigns
· In-depth understanding of Arabic social media landscape, platforms, and content trends
· Excellent research, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities
· Expertise in content ideation, creative direction, and storytelling across multiple formats
· Hands-on experience with content management, social media publishing, and design tools
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field
