<p>Provides robust engineering expertise in the Electrical Engineering discipline under the authority of the Manager of Engineering. Ensure adherence to project standards and modifications in line with best technical practices to preserve assets. Serve as a subject matter expert with the skills to identify and troubleshoot issues related to electrical engineering, operations and design. Develop performance improvement plans to ensure the appropriate engineering tools and maintenance are available and properly utilized to support the respective business functions guaranteeing business continuity and efficiency.</p>

<p>Lead the design and execution of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.</p>
<p>Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and support.</p>
<p>Collaborate with project managers to establish project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements. Execute technical design work on studies and project deliverables. </p>
<p>Lead development of the best strategies and approaches to deliver the technical requirements. </p>
<p>Manage resource allocation and appointment of Electrical/Power Engineers to be assigned to different projects. </p>
<p>Responsible for the coordination and progress of Electrical/Power engineering design for all projects.</p>
<p>Liaise with Vendor s representatives and other departments on all matters relating to Electrical/Power applications design for assigned projects. Ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other engineering disciplines.</p>
<p>Responsible for technical accuracy, quality, and economy of Electrical/Power engineering applications design for projects. </p>
<p>Perform quality control checks on electrical designs and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.</p>
<p>Support project execution inclusive of pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover</p>
<p>Ensure that Company Safety and Quality Control Procedures are followed during the execution of all contracts and that a high standard of safety is achieved in all design work. </p>
<p>Lead development of the necessary documentation for assigned projects, establishing major methods and data as necessary, and ensuring the selection of the optimum Electrical/Power design from both technical and economic standpoints. </p>
<p>Ensure that design methods, standards and data used conform to Asset Owners requirements and/or those issued and approved by the company. </p>
<p>Lead development of the scope of Electrical/Power engineering applications work, and project execution strategy for proposals. Lead discussions at the concept stage with Asset Owners to assist in the definition of the scope of work and project execution strategy. </p>
<p>Lead pre- and post-contract awards in discussions with Asset Owners to assess and assist in the definition of user requirements. Ensure the preparation of the Process Control and Operations Philosophy document incorporating user requirements. </p>
<p>Lead development and review of Electrical/Power Engineering Deliverables and participate in project reviews and workshops. </p>
<p>Participate in solving Electrical/Power engineering challenges that are recognised during the development of the Front-End Package or detailed engineering </p>
<p>Identify gaps in existing practices and tools and manage the process of developing new practices or toolkit items that enhance technological offerings. </p>
<p>Develop graduate engineers through the preparation and delivery of training courses. </p>
<p>Lead resolutions of technical challenges in Electrical/Power engineering applications on all projects, this is in coordination with the assigned Electrical/Power engineer and the project team. </p>
<p>Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations within the team or project delivery framework.</p>
<p>Ensure lessons learnt are carried out through the project execution phases about electrical and ensure application on all projects, this is in coordination with the assigned electrical leads & Engineers and the project team.
