<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>

<li>Conduct technical training needs analysis (TNA)</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain technical training programs, including detailed training syllabi and course structures</li>
<li>Ensure all training programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements and align with industry best practices</li>
<li>Manage and continuously review training programs to ensure adherence to LNG regulations and operational standards</li>
<li>Develop and implement training policies and procedures</li>
<li>Prepare training manuals and deliver approved technical training courses for engineering and maintenance personnel</li>

<p> Develop and implement the OETC Talent Planning Strategy aligned with the business plan, Oman Vision 2040, and NAMA Group guidelines.</p>

<p> Manage the end-to-end Performance Management cycle, including Objective setting, KPI cascading, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, moderation, calibration, and performance reporting. </p>
