<p>وصف الدور الوظيفي</p><p>نبحث عن <strong>مدير مزرعة</strong> يتمتع بالخبرة والقدرة على تحقيق النتائج للإشراف على عمليات المزرعة بالكامل وضمان إنتاج زراعي فعال ومربح. سيكون هذا الدور مسؤولاً عن تخطيط وتنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة المزرعة عبر محاصيل متعددة مع ضمان تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج ومعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.</p><p>سيشرف مدير المزرعة على <strong>تحضير الأرض، والزراعة، والري، وتغذية المحاصيل، وإدارة الآفات والأمراض، والحصاد، وأنشطة ما بعد الحصاد</strong>. يتطلب هذا الدور خبرة ميدانية قوية وعملية والقدرة على إدارة عمليات زراعية مكثفة في مزرعة واسعة النطاق ذات محاصيل متعددة.</p><p>سيقود المنصب فرق المزرعة، ويخصص القوى العاملة والموارد، ويراقب أداء المحاصيل، وينسق مع أقسام الإنتاج والصيانة والمشتريات وغيرها لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة. سيكون مدير المزرعة مسؤولاً بالكامل عن <strong>أداء المحاصيل والإنتاجية والجودة والإنجاز في الوقت المناسب لأنشطة المزرعة</strong>.</p><p>يجب أن يكون المرشح الناجح عملياً ومنظماً للغاية وقادراً على اتخاذ قرارات فعالة في بيئة ميدانية متطلبة.</p><p>المؤهلات</p><ul><li><strong>درجة البكالوريوس في الزراعة</strong> أو مؤهل معادل.</li><li>خبرة زراعية ذات صلة لا تقل عن <strong>10 سنوات</strong>.</li><li>خبرة مثبتة في إدارة <strong>مزرعة واسعة النطاق ذات عمليات محاصيل متعددة</strong>.</li><li>خبرة ميدانية قوية وعملية في إنتاج المحاصيل الحقلية وعمليات المزرعة.</li><li>مسؤولية مثبتة عن <strong>محصول المحاصيل والجودة والإنتاجية ونتائج الإنتاج</strong>.</li><li>معرفة جيدة بالري وتغذية المحاصيل وإدارة الآفات والأمراض وعمليات الحصاد.</li><li>مهارات قوية في قيادة الفريق وإدارة القوى العاملة.</li><li>إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر مع معرفة جيدة بـ <strong>برامج MS Office وسجلات المزرعة</strong>.</li><li>معرفة جيدة باللغتين <strong>الإنجليزية والهندية</strong>.</li><li>الاستعداد <strong>للانتقال إلى سلطنة عمان</strong> والعمل في بيئة ميدانية.</li></ul>

<p>We are looking for a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our team. The Butcher will be responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and packaging meat according to company standards and Halal requirements. The candidate must maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Cut, trim, debone, and portion beef, lamb, goat, chicken, and other permitted meats.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all meat handling and preparation complies with <strong>Halal standards.</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Inspect meat for quality, freshness, and proper storage.</p></li><li><p>Use knives, saws, mincers, and other butchery equipment safely and correctly.</p></li><li><p>Prepare meat according to customer orders and required portion sizes.</p></li><li><p>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, tools, equipment, and storage facilities.</p></li><li><p>Follow food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Properly label, weigh, package, and store meat products.</p></li><li><p>Minimize meat wastage while maintaining product quality.</p></li><li><p>Monitor refrigerator and freezer storage conditions.</p></li><li><p>Follow instructions from the Supervisor, or Manager.</p></li><li><p>Comply with company policies and local food safety regulations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Previous experience as a Butcher is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>Halal meat preparation and handling</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good knife skills and knowledge of different meat cuts.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a cold and physically demanding environment.</p></li><li><p>Good attention to cleanliness and product quality.</p></li><li><p>Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Experience in a butcher shop, supermarket, meat processing facility, hotel, restaurant, or catering company.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Arabic or English is an advantage, depending on the workplace.</p></li><li><p>Halal certification or relevant training is an advantage.</p></li></ol>
