EDRMS / ECM Platform Architecture Own the architecture and roadmap of the EDRMS platform (e.g. OpenText Documentum, D2, Content Server, or similar) as a core managed platform. Design document-management workflows, metadata models, taxonomy, classification, retention rules, access controls, and integration points, ensuring records compliance and data quality. Direct migration, indexing, metadata improvement, OCR, and search-optimisation activities, working with specialist engineers and vendors for deep configuration and build. Integration Architecture Design secure, resilient integrations between EDRMS / business applications and ERP (e.g. SAP), SharePoint/M365, databases, portals, and identity-management systems using APIs, web services, and connectors. Define standards for authentication, error handling, monitoring, and data quality across integrations. Technical Leadership, Support Oversight &amp; Vendor Management Act as technical authority and escalation point for complex incidents, performance problems, and integration issues, ensuring solutions are supportable and root causes are addressed without owning first-line incident resolution.
