<p>Lead and coordinate all DRI plant activities during the assigned shift. Participate in project execution, equipment installation verification, system walk-downs, punch-list clearance and mechanical completion. Review P&amp;IDs, process flow diagrams, operating philosophies, equipment specifications and control narratives. Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including flushing, blowing, hydrotesting, leak testing, loop checking and equipment trials. Lead plant start-up, stabilization, normal operation and planned/emergency shutdown activities. Monitor and optimize major process areas including the reduction reactor/shaft furnace, Process Gas Heater (PGH), process gas circuit, CO removal system, natural-gas system, water-treatment facilities and associated utilities. Ensure process parameters remain within operating limits to achieve required DRI/HBI quality and production targets. Coordinate closely with panel operators, field operators, maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, laboratory and other supporting functions. Identify process deviations and equipment abnormalities and lead first-line troubleshooting. Ensure strict compliance with Permit to Work, LOTO, confined-space, gas-safety and other HSE procedures. Maintain accurate shift logs, production reports, abnormality reports and shift handover documentation. Develop and review SOPs, operating checklists and emergency operating procedures. Coach and supervise operators and ensure effective allocation of manpower during shifts. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to plant availability, productivity, energy efficiency and operational reliability.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Science or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years' relevant experience for degree holders or 12 years for diploma holders. At least 3 years' experience as a Shift Production Supervisor/Shift In-Charge in a DRI or comparable continuous-process facility. Strong preference for experience in Tenova HYL/Energiron and/or Midrex DRI plants. Previous greenfield, brownfield expansion, revamp or commissioning experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of DRI process chemistry, reducing-gas systems, natural-gas handling, CO removal, water treatment and process utilities. Demonstrated leadership, troubleshooting and shift-management capabilities. Strong commitment to process safety and safe plant operation.</p>

<p>Execute master production schedules across both Aluminium and uPVC fabrication lines, prioritizing urgent project orders and critical path deliveries. Dynamically allocate manpower, CNC machining centers, welding stations, and assembly benches between the two technologies to maximize overall plant output without compromising quality. Monitor and drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on critical machinery double-mitre saws, 4-axis CNC routers, hot-plate welders, and corner crimping machines. Intervene immediately when cycle times drift or utilization drops below target. Follow up on orders received by implementing the order agreement process. Quotation Review and approvals liaise with the Sales &amp; Production in-charge Coordinate with the production supervisor about the order agreement and the delivery schedule Ensure logistics and site operations are effectively monitored Coordinate directly with the site-installation teams. Finished windows/doors must be matched by project and floor-level to avoid sorting chaos during truck loading. Paying attention to customer complaints and ensuring complaints are closed on time Oversee the final assembly and hardware alignment (tilt &amp; turn, casement, sliding). Maintain higher customer satisfaction by responding to queries on-time. Monthly report on order status, other customer complaints, site maintenance and costing. Responsible for maintaining minimum stock level of raw materials by implementing a proper inventory management system Make sure project completion form is signed and received from the customers for all completed projects Monitor repeated customer complaints and liaise with the production team to improve the concerned process. Annual Budget planning and acquire approvals from CEO</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2>Preferred candidate profile</h2> <ul> <li>8-12 years of total experience in a metal/plastic fabrication environment.</li> <li>Minimum 5-6 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role managing a production floor.</li> <li>Must have direct, hands-on experience in both systems:</li> <ul> <li>Aluminium systems: Saw cutting, CNC routing/punching, mechanical corner crimping/cleat joining, glazing, and hardware installation</li> <li>uPVC systems: Multi-profile cutting, hot-plate welding, corner cleaning, steel reinforcement insertion, and tilt-turn hardware assembly</li> </ul> <li>Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols specific to UPVC pipes manufacturing.</li> <li>Proficiency in root-cause analysis for welding defects (uPVC) and joint-separation issues (Aluminium) and customer complaints</li> <li>Excellent planning and organizational skills.</li> <li>Strong leadership and team management abilities.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul>
