Job Description: As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the agency. Your primary focus will be to attract new clients, particularly businesses in need of staffing and recruitment solutions, and close deals to grow our client portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients across various sectors in the UAE who require recruitment and staffing services.
  • Use a combination of cold-calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively position the agency in the market.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of recruitment services to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business growth.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, staffing needs, and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to build relationships and network effectively across industries.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a passion for closing deals and achieving sales goals.
