Job Title: Data Update/Quality Assurance
Contract Duration: One Year Extendable
Responsibilities (Job Description)
- Work on monthly meter reading activities (manual and Automated)
- Prepare daily progress reports in meter reading performance.
- Review monthly bills submitted by manual meter reading contractors and other contractors within division.
- Oversee the completeness and accuracy of the database on Meters Assets, and Customer Details (CRM)
- Assess arranging department meetings and other internal and external meetings with stakeholders, recording the actions, follow the actions and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Report on the overall data & Customer Reads performance of all units to management in a timely manner as requested, the performance should include the service providers’ performance and internal operation performance of related units.
- Work on customer data update and review.
- Prepare CRM applications performance reports.
- Prepare meter inspections performance reports.
