Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Technician at Photocentre. The Sales and Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, field service, and customer service tasks related to photography and audiovisual equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Service:

• Provide maintenance and repair services for a variety of photographic equipment including Fujifilm and Epson printers, album machines, and lamination machines.
• Ensure all machines in the market are serviced in a timely and efficient manner to maintain optimal performance.

Sales of Consumables:

• Promote and sell Fujifilm and Epson consumables to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

Additional Technical Support:

• Service and maintain time-lapse camera systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably for customers.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
• Customer Service and Maintenance skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the photography or AV industry is a plus
• Technical certification or relevant training
